The practice that we do is safe, as it purifies each level before the energy flows up. All you have to worry is about is how you handle your thoughts, so that you do not pollute the cleansed areas. Learn to be an observer of your thoughts, and not a participant, than you will not pollute your body, do not try to catch your thoughts, just let is do it own work, without interfering with its process, Then each time that you meet me, we can take the next step.
